Mexico Open at Vidanta
Air-freighted RFID access and credentialing for a PGA TOUR event in Mexico.
The Mexico Open at Vidanta is Mexico’s national open (first played in 1944) and since 2022 an official PGA TOUR event, contested at the Greg Norman-designed Vidanta Vallarta course on Mexico’s Pacific coast.
A long-time client needed full RFID access and credentialing stood up internationally, which meant getting every piece of hardware and consumable across the border on time.
We deployed 12 NTR-6 portals plus handhelds on wrstSCN integrated with Ticketmaster through wrstCORE, with Manifest credentialing on two ZC10L printers. Gear was air-freighted in alongside 9,500+ RFID credentials and 1,000 wristbands.
We credentialed access for 10,500+ attendees and printed 800 credentials on-site, delivering the full stack air-freighted into Mexico.
