The client

The NFL Draft (the league’s Annual Player Selection Meeting, first held in Philadelphia in 1936) is a multi-day live event where teams pick the future of football. Since 2015 it has traveled to a new host city each year as a free outdoor fan festival, landing in Las Vegas, Kansas City, Detroit, and Green Bay across these editions, with fans packing a complex, fast-moving footprint.

The challenge

Manage thousands of credentials and control access across general admission, VIP, and high-security talent and staff zones, without ever slowing the show.

Our approach

We deployed 60+ NTR-6 portal scanners and NTR-H handhelds on wrstSCN with zone-based permissions, real-time validation, and offline-first scanning across the footprint.

The results

60,000+ scans processed and credentials issued across a multi-zone footprint, with no gate delays reported.
