U.S. Open
Wristband-driven access and cashless at championship scale: nearly a million scans.
See it live.
The U.S. Open is one of golf’s crown-jewel championships, conducted by the USGA since 1895 and counted among the sport’s four men’s majors, settled over 72 holes of stroke play on a different storied venue each June, from The Country Club at Brookline to Oakmont. The galleries are enormous and spread across a sprawling course for a full tournament week.
Move six-figure crowds through entry and concessions across a massive footprint, fast enough to never break the spectator experience.
RFID wristbands tied access and cashless payment to one record, with advance fulfillment and offline-first scanning across the grounds, pulling Accredit and AXS into a single reporting view.
WRSTBND issued 120,000 wristbands and processed roughly 900,000 scans, keeping galleries and concessions flowing throughout the championship.
