Pricing

Priced around your event,
not a SKU.

No tiers. No per-seat licenses. Every event is its own thing, so our team scopes a custom quote from your size, dates, location, and complexity, and our crew runs it end to end. No event is too small or too large; pricing scales with scope.

How pricing works

Transparent by design.

Event tech is full of fine print: rental minimums, seat counts, settlement reports you need a manual to read. We don’t do that. Here’s the deal, plainly.

Scoped to your event

One quote, built from your event: its size, dates, location, and complexity. Not a per-seat license, not a SKU you size up to.

No rental traps

Our hardware, deployed and run by our crew. You’re not buying gear that sits in a closet 50 weeks a year, and you’re not babysitting a drop-off.

No decoder-ring settlement

Every transaction, per vendor and per day, reconciled to the dollar in one ledger. You read your numbers without a manual.

Pay for what you run

Turn on the pieces your event needs and pay for those. Start with one and grow into the rest. The platform meets you where your event is.

What shapes your quote

The real factors: no guesswork.

A quote is the sum of a handful of honest variables. Here’s exactly what we look at when we scope yours.

Scale

Attendance & size

How many people move through your gates, and how fast they need to. Throughput shapes the gear and the crew.

Timeline

Dates & duration

A one-day activation and a multi-day festival aren’t the same scope. Build, show days, and strike all factor in.

Site

Location & footprint

Where you are, how many gates and zones, and how spread out the site is, including multi-venue and international.

What you get back

One clear number, scoped to your event.

Everything the event needs is scoped to you and rolled into a single price, so you see exactly what’s included, without picking the platform apart line by line. Switch the event type to see how the same platform flexes.

Illustrative figures. Your real numbers are scoped on our first call.

What’s always included

White-glove isn’t an add-on.

Whatever the scope, the standard doesn’t change. We’re an extension of your team on the ground, not in a ticket queue.

  • A real team on the groundNot a help desk in another time zone. Our crew runs load-in, setup, and load-out, and stays through the last scan.
  • One record, gate to checkoutAccess, credentials, payments, and registration on one platform, so every touchpoint reconciles to the same source of truth.
  • Training for your staffWe get your team confident on the gear before doors open, so day one runs like day three.
  • Live monitoring & supportEyes on the system in real time, and people you can reach the moment something needs a hand.
  • Build & strike, handledWe deploy it, we run it, we pack it out. The logistics are ours, not another thing on your run-of-show.
Straight answers

Pricing FAQ.

So… what does it cost?

It depends on your event, and that’s the point. We scope the platform pieces, the hardware mix, the consumables, and the on-site crew to the event you’re actually running, not a per-seat license. Tell us the footprint and the dates and you’ll get one clear number, scoped to your event.

Why don’t you publish tiers or per-seat pricing?

Because no two events are the same. A one-day brand activation and a multi-day, multi-venue festival have nothing in common except the people. Tiers would either overcharge the small event or underserve the big one, so we scope each quote to the real thing. No event is too small or too large; pricing scales with scope and complexity.

Do you rent the hardware or sell it?

Neither. We bring our own hardware to your event and stand behind it on-site. You’re not buying gear that sits in a closet most of the year, and you’re not babysitting a rental drop-off. The crew that deploys it is our crew.

How does cashless settlement work?

Plainly. You see every transaction per vendor, per day, and per terminal, reconciled to the dollar: no decoder ring to read your settlement report. Cards, wallets, and cash all land in one ledger, and the terminals keep taking taps when the Wi-Fi quits. We walk through the full model on our first call.

Can the platform actually pay for itself?

Often, yes. That’s Experience Control. Guests upgrade tiers, add days, buy perks, and load credits from their phone, applied instantly to the band on their arm. It’s opt-in revenue that can offset a meaningful chunk of the platform cost.

We only need one piece. Is that okay?

Completely. Most partners start with the highest-value, lowest-lift piece (usually access control or cashless) and grow into the rest. You pay for what you run, and the platform’s there when you’re ready for more.
