Charles Schwab Challenge

Access, box office, passport, and credentials for ~78,000 hospitality guests per day.

2026
78,000 Hospitality guests per day
4,000 Credentials issued
40 Access portals deployed
The client

Colonial Country Club hosts the Charles Schwab Challenge, the PGA TOUR’s longest-running event still played at its original site, held in Fort Worth since 1946 and one of only five tournaments the TOUR grants invitational status. Ben Hogan won here five times, earning the course its “Hogan’s Alley” nickname, and the daily hospitality traffic runs heavy.

The challenge

Move roughly 78,000 hospitality guests a day through the gates and issue about 4,000 credentials across a large tournament footprint.

Our approach

We deployed 40 NTR-6 portals plus handhelds on wrstSCN for hospitality, with 14 handhelds for box office and live data through wrstCORE. Manifest ran credentialing on a ZC10L printer, and wrstPASS powered the passport experience.

The results

The portal-heavy setup sustained ~78,000 guests per day without queues, and Manifest produced all 4,000 credentials on-site, including 3,000 oversize badges.
