Gold Rush Music Festival
RFID access and mailed-out NFC passes for 22,000 fans across the Arizona desert.
See it live.
Gold Rush is a two-day electronic dance festival produced by Relentless Beats, who first ran it at Rawhide Western Town in 2017 and built it around a Wild West theme. By the 2023 Sonoran Skies edition it had moved to Phoenix Raceway in Avondale, Arizona, with more than 50 DJs across three themed stages.
Move 22,000 attendees through the gates over two days, then get credentials into their hands before they ever reach the parking lot.
We ran access on 25 NTR-6 portals and nine handhelds with wrstSCN into wrstCORE, built custom tri-fold mailers for advance fulfillment, and stood up a parallel wrstPASS NFC scope so fans could tap in with nothing to print.
Both credential paths (mailed wristband and tap-in NFC) ran on the same 34-device footprint, giving Relentless Beats a single access system from driveway to dancefloor.
