Ostrich Festival
120,000 wristbands and $2.5M+ processed across a three-day Arizona run.
Run by the Chandler Chamber of Commerce since the late 1980s, the Ostrich Festival is the city’s largest annual event, a nod to Chandler’s early-1900s ostrich-ranching heyday, now an Arizona institution drawing 60,000+ people into a single weekend of rides, music, and food.
Handle heavy gate volume and hundreds of concurrent transactions across three days without lines stalling the weekend.
We ran wrstSCN access, wrstPOS cashless, and credentialing together (200 POS devices and 50 access devices) with live reporting keeping entry and spend moving throughout.
WRSTBND supported 120,000 wristbands and $2.5M+ in transactions across three days, keeping gates and 60,000+ attendees moving from open to close.
