The client

Elements Music & Arts Festival is a camping festival in Long Pond, Pennsylvania, built around four main stages named for the elements: earth, air, fire, and water. Founded by Brooklyn’s BangOn!NYC in 2013 as a New York waterfront event, it grew into a car-camping festival in 2017 and now spreads across the woodlands at Pocono Raceway.

The challenge

A 30,000-person camping festival needed gate control, box office, and vehicle and shower metering across four days on remote grounds.

Our approach

We ran access on 21 NTR-6 portals with wrstSCN, box office on eight NTR-T tablets, and another 32 NTR-T units for vehicle tolls and shower access, all feeding wrstCORE and integrated with TIXR. Then we pre-mailed wristbands in 20,000 custom carriers.

The results

WRSTBND covered gates, box office, and vehicle tolling for all 30,000 attendees, fulfilling 38,150 RFID wristbands plus 13,800 chroma bands before doors.
