The client

New Orleans Entrepreneur Week is the city’s flagship founder gathering, which The Idea Village grew out of its 2009 IDEAcorps Challenge and ran for roughly 16 years before Loyola University’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Development took over as sole producer in 2026. The Idea Village, founded in 2000, now runs its invitation-only 3rd Coast Venture Summit during the same week, the smaller half of what organizers call NOEW’s one-two punch. WRSTBND is a New Orleans company running tech for a New Orleans event.

The challenge

Credential two distinct programs (a 3,000-person Loyola summit and a smaller Idea Village forum) on home turf with a tight local turnaround.

Our approach

Manifest produced double-punch badges for both programs, pre-printed at our New Orleans office on ZC10L printers and finished on-site with Chromebook registration. wrstSCN ran access on handhelds at both venues. Working in our own backyard meant gear moved by local courier, not freight.

The results

WRSTBND credentialed ~3,000 attendees for the Loyola summit and 300 for the Idea Village forum, covering both halves of NOEW in its own city.
